Lose the unions for government jobs. It is a conflict of interest to negotiate union contracts with the taxpayers money - a perceived bottomless pit. Hire motivated, intelligent individuals who are promoted and paid by merit and not seniority! You'd get a heck of a more productive andhardworking workforce.

Change some of the finance, budgetary, and purchasing laws for state agencies like MBE, use of OPI, etc. The fraud, waste and fiscal irresponsibility is astounding. State agencies are paying sometimes double retail due to these laws and rules. Absolutely rediculous!!!!!!!

We need our governor to promote the entire state internally and externally. Every region of the state could benefit by working with other regions of the state and through government-encouraged transportation and communication infrastructure. Our bid to be part of the new economony should resemble an olympic games bid--involving every sector on board with the same message, same enthusiasm--aimed at long term benefits to all Ohioans. Infighting between our complex web of townships, cities, villages, school districts, etc. is not helpful.
